Structure of Course
This course is Integrating body, breath, and mind. It is an ART of PRACTICING Yoga in such a way that one can experience the shift from gross to subtle awareness by balancing the body, being connected to center of the body and help to receive higher level consciousness.
We aims at helping the individual to become a more complete person through working on one’s consciousness. In our opinion, this perspective is the most original and primary aspect of yoga; it covers the classical meaning i.e. the move towards integration and apprehending the nature of things from within Integration includes Body, Breath and Mind
The objective of conducting Therapy courses throughout the world is to bring forth the holistic vision and spiritual lore of Meditative Yoga into one’s life. The result would be a positive physical health, mental strength, peace and harmony, all leading to efficiency and growth. It aims to help solve problems of modern society and build ideal social orders.
The successful candidate will show/demonstrate:
- How to interact with the client in a professional way
- Taking / Understanding General Parameters
- Disease Specific Parameters
- The Art of taking group therapy class
- Keep records of the sessions
- Practice based on body’s constitution
- AYA Elemental transformation approach
- Assess the clients’ needs, and progress and set goals
- Plan a programme of yoga, diet, other practice for the individual
- Make a contract with the client, setting professional boundaries.
- Understand the current laws involved in therapy work, follow the IYAT code of practice
- How to run a Yoga Therapy practice
- Week (each session in 1 hours) for 10 Sessions cycle
- How to Plan Yoga Group Session
