AYA programs are open to all individuals, beginners and advanced alike, who are spiritually inclined and have a curiosity toward the mysteries of the mind. The AYA Approach

Our teachings are based on the ancient Yoga, Ayurveda, Tattva, Siddha Science, one of the oldest known systems to mankind, that recognizes the human body and nature as part of one closed system.

Its emphasis more on HOW rather than WHAT. Also, the practice involves the process or journey that travel oneself from GROSS to SUBTLE.
