If you are seriously looking for Spiritual Growth, Teacher or Studio owner and require an unlimited teachers technical support, One on one Session, consultancy, guidance, content resources, online system, sequencing, Curriculum development, certification, you can upgrade CONNECT level at any time.
What are the practices involving?
Meditative Yoga can be practice by breathing exercise, micro exercise, joints loosening, loosening, standing, sitting, prone, supine, balancing posture. As well as pranayama, active / passive mediation, Mantra, yoga nidra, or any form of Yoga techniques and philosophy.
Its emphasis more on HOW rather than WHAT.
Also, the practice involves the process or journey that takes from mere physical exercises to a more subtle plane
What happens if I do not renew (once my membership expires)?
If your membership expires you will lose access to the support content and any premium videos, Zoom tutorials, and PDF recipes. The core DISCOVER level and all Add Ons content will continue to work
Can I sign up AYA courses, workshop, One on One session individually?
Yes, you can sign up all listed AYA program separately at normal price. Realize or Connect member can purchase with discounted price.
I'm a Yoga Teacher or Studio owner. Can I use AYA contents on my sites?
Yes, You are free to use AYA content by signing up our AYAPP (AYA Program Provider) license agreement. AYAPP can be anyone who is interested to associate with AYA with or without yoga knowledge. For Example, Affiliate, Marketer, Alliance Partners, Vendor, Facility Provider.

We provide very deep support and are able to guide most issues via support videos, live Zoom iterations as well as One On One session.
Our unique curriculum caters to all levels of students, novice to advanced, and in fact will help you to develop an authentic spiritual practice of your own if this is not an established part of your life already.
Some personal health, emotional, spiritual issue or can be discussed on private sessions. we can usually help you to post request any particular class or session that require to learn.
