Nicole’s journey into meditation began during her own personal quest for balance and clarity amidst the fast-paced demands of modern life. Recognizing the transformative power of meditation, she embarked on a path of self-study and exploration, immersing herself in different meditation traditions, including mindfulness, transcendental meditation, loving-kindness meditation, Breath, Cyclic, Mantra and Chakra.

Her teaching style is characterized by compassion, warmth, and a non-judgmental approach. She believes in creating a safe and inclusive space for her students, allowing them to explore meditation at their own pace.
