    Understanding Mantra

    Understanding and know more about Mantra and AUM, types of Japa /Ajapa, It is believed that chanting of Mantra creates spiritual light, which manifests around the practitioner like a halo and it also helps us reach higher states of consciousness.

    We teach the correct pronunciation of Vedic mantras in Sanskrit and we teach Japa (chanting). The pronunciation is essential in creating a vibration working on our different bodies (subtle, physical & mental). We teach the purpose of the mantra for the teacher to know the effect and give the correct mantra & chant according to the specific subject & need, such as: better concentration, self love, more devotion, more strength & cultivating energy.

    Students will learn basic mula mantra such as; AUM, Shiva, Gayatri, Maha Mitunjaya, Shanti path etc..
