Dr. Kuldeep K Kushwah is a certified yoga expert who has completed his PhD in Yoga from a world class Yoga university, S-Vyasa, Bangalore, India. Along with his PhD, he has extensive theoretical and practical experience via his Masters and multiple certification courses in yoga. Along with the 17 years of immersive experience in learning, practicing and teaching yoga, he also holds seven research papers in yoga, published in international, peer-reviewed journals. Throughout India, he has worked with many yoga related institutions and universities. He has trained yoga instructors from more than 30 countries through National and International Yoga Teacher’s Training Courses.

Dr. Kuldeep has been endowed with a myriad of honors and awards. Some of the most significant awards include; Gold Medal and Championship Award for National and International Himalaya Yoga Olympiad and Merit in Top-10 All India Yoga Competitors. Recently, he has also been awarded third price for the Best Research Poster Presentation in International Conference at THE 21ST INCOFYRA.

After devoting his time in India, he moved to Vietnam as a Yoga entrepreneur, where he trained yoga teachers and conducted a variety of yoga therapy workshops, including Yoga for Back Pain, Arthritis, Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity, Psychiatric Disorders and many more.

Currently, he is in Singapore lending his expertise to Vyasa Yoga Singapore. He is deeply involved in the Yoga Therapy Certificate Course and Yoga Instructor Certificate Course. Furthermore, Dr. Kuldeep is also conducting short-term therapy certificate courses focused on specific common ailments. He is also involved in a series of diverse workshops including; Ashtanga, Vinayasa, Hatha, Advance Yoga, Arm Balancing, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudra and Bandha etc. Dr. Kuldeep is also conducting private sessions on yoga therapy and advance asanas.
